The Miller Cardinals basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Southwest Trojans to 54 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now have a 11-4 record. They play next when they host Wheaton for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. Miller will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 66-45 non-league loss to Northeast Vernon County (Walker, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-16.

With the loss, Southwest falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Trojans host Lighthouse Christian (Springfield, MO) to confront the Chargers in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 14-6. Lighthouse Christian lost 74-47 in their recent non-league game against Hartville (Hartville, MO)
