The Paxton Tigers basketball squad (Paxton, NE), was nudged 56-49 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Wallace Wildcats (Wallace, NE)

With the victory, Wallace advances its record to 10-4 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Dundy County-Stratton (Benkelman, NE) to meet the Tigers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 8-3.
