The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Southwest Christian Academy Lions (Little Rock, AR) and the host Union Christian Academy Eagles (Fort Smith, AR), observed Southwest Christian Academy's basketball team overcome Union Christian Academy by a score of 59-44.
The Lions (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Christian Ministries Academy (Hot Springs, AR). The Conquerors come into the Heartland Christian challenge with a 15-4 record.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Abundant Life Owls (North Little Rock, AR) in a Heartland Christian challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Union Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record.
