North Dakota High School Basketball - Tioga overwhelms Surrey

The Tioga Pirates basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Surrey Mustangs to 47 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pirates now have a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Drake/Anamoose for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Tioga will confront a Raiders team coming off a 70-61 non-league loss to Parshall/North Shore (Parshall, ND). The Raiders record now stands at 3-6.
With the loss, Surrey falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Bishop Ryan (Minot, ND) to confront the Lions in a B District 6 game on Friday, January 24. The Lions go into the game with a record of 12-0.
