In Friday's non-league contest, the host Sandia Matadors basketball team scored a big 55-34 triumph over the Albuquerque Academy Chargers.
The Matadors (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Jaguars go into the non-league contest with a 2-7 record.
