In Friday's non-league contest, the host Suburban Christian Crusaders basketball team scored a close 30-23 win over the Cornerstone Baptist Academy Eagles.

The Crusaders (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Heritage Hall Christian (Muncie, IN). The Patriots come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Heritage Hall Christian was tipped by Indiana Christian Academy (Anderson, IN), 44-22, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Fishers Christian Academy Knights (Fishers, IN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Cornerstone Baptist Academy will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
