Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Council Rock South holds off Pennsbury

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Council Rock South Golden Hawks basketball team scored a close 36-31 triumph over the Pennsbury Falcons.

The Golden Hawks (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against William Tennent (Warminster, PA). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, William Tennent nipped Harry S. Truman (Levittown, PA), 56-49, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons confront the Council Rock North Indians (Newtown, PA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 24. Pennsbury will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.
