The Bears (13-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Camarillo (Camarillo, CA). The Scorpions come into the non-league challenge with a 12-7 record. In their last challenge, Camarillo trounced Simi Valley (Simi Valley, CA), 80-37, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Tornados encounter the Arcadia Apaches (Arcadia, CA) in a Pacific challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Hoover will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Apaches come into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 42-29 non-league win over Franklin (Los Angeles, CA).
