The Texas School for the Deaf Rangers basketball team scored 42 points and limited the visiting California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs to 40 in the Rangers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Rangers now possess a 20-3 record. They play next when they host Veritas Academy for a TAPPS 4A District 4 game on Tuesday, January 21. Texas School for the Deaf will confront a team coming off a 50-40 league loss to Brazos Christian (Bryan, TX). The record now stands at 12-11.
With the loss, California School for the Deaf-Riverside falls to 18-3 on the campaign.
