Chase County Bulldogs (Cottonwood Falls, KS) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Council Grove Braves (Council Grove, KS), 57-37 in a league match.

With the victory, Chase County advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Reno County HomeSchool (Hutchinson, KS) to face the Sabres in a non-league match on Monday, January 20. The Sabres enter the match with a record of 5-5.

The Braves now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Fe Trail for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28.
