Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad rout the host Hopatcong Chiefs (Hopatcong, NJ), 57-35 in a non-league battle.

With the victory, Pequannock advances its record to 2-6 on the year. The Golden Panthers travel to Parsippany Hills (Parsippany, NJ) to meet the Vikings in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 18. The Vikings enter the battle with a record of 3-7.

The Chiefs now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kittatinny Regional for a Northwest Jersey - Colonial battle on Monday, January 20.
