Nebraska High School Basketball - Paxton triumphant over Wallace

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Paxton Tigers (Paxton, NE) and the host Wallace Wildcats (Wallace, NE), observed Paxton's basketball team overwhelm Wallace by a score of 55-23.

The Tigers (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hitchcock County (Trenton, NE). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Hitchcock County trounced Sutherland (Sutherland, NE), 56-34, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Dundy County-Stratton Tigers (Benkelman, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Wallace will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 64-42 non-league win over Loomis (Loomis, NE).
