The Melbourne Bulldogs basketball team scored 36 points and limited the host Cocoa Tigers to 13 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now have a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sebastian River for a non-league game on Friday, January 24. Melbourne will confront a Sharks team coming off a 38-27 league loss to South Fork (Stuart, FL). The Sharks record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Cocoa falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Bayside (Palm Bay, FL) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Monday, January 27. The Bears go into the game with a record of 6-1.
