Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Columbus Falcons (Columbus, MS) and the visiting Kemper County Wildcats (DeKalb, MS), saw Columbus's soccer squad knock off Kemper County by a count of 3-0.

The Falcons (2-13) will now prepare for their battle against Mooreville (Mooreville, MS). The Troopers enter the non-league battle with a 4-13 record. In their last battle, Mooreville tipped Nettleton (Nettleton, MS), 7-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Winona Tigers (Winona, MS) in a Class 1 Region 4 battle, on Tuesday, January 28. Kemper County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record.
