The Countryside Cougars bounced the visiting Anclote Sharks basketball squad by a final score of 56-34 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Cougars clash with the Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, January 22. Countryside will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the outing with a 12-5 record after their 52-41 non-league win over Palm Harbor University (Palm Harbor, FL).

The Sharks now own a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fivay for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21.
