California High School Basketball - Edgewood holds off Marquez

The Edgewood Lions basketball team scored 45 points and limited the host Marquez Gladiators to 39 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now possess a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Pomona for a game on Tuesday, January 28.
With the loss, Marquez falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Gladiators host Paramount (Paramount, CA) to confront the Pirates in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The Pirates go into the game with a record of 0-3. Paramount lost 46-34 in their recent non-league game against Savanna (Anaheim, CA)
