In Friday's non-league contest, the host Osceola Warriors basketball team scored a big 62-34 triumph over the Hollins Royals.
The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against St. Petersburg Catholic (St. Petersburg, FL). The Barons go into the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, St. Petersburg Catholic was trounced by Clearwater Central Catholic (Clearwater, FL), 55-7, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Royals confront the Gibbs Gladiators (St. Petersburg, FL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Hollins will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Gladiators go into the contest with a 9-0 record after their 61-56 non-league win over Booker (Sarasota, FL).
