With the victory, Farwell improves its record to 18-4 on the campaign. The Steers host Boys Ranch (Boys Ranch, TX) to confront the Roughriders in a 2A Region I District 3 challenge on Thursday, January 20. The Roughriders come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Boys Ranch lost 68-48 in their recent league challenge against Bovina (Bovina, TX)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Plains Cowboys (Plains, TX) in a 2A Region I District 5 challenge, on Friday, January 21. Seagraves will attempt to improve on its 14-7 season record. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 45-41 non-league win over Tahoka (Tahoka, TX).
