Ohio High School Basketball - Watkins Memorial ripped by Heath

The Heath Bulldogs basketball team scored 79 points and held the host Watkins Memorial Warriors to 43 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnstown-Monroe for a Licking County - Cardinal contest on Friday, January 21. Heath will battle a Johnnies team coming off a 54-51 league win over Utica (Utica, OH). The Johnnies record now stands at 9-8.

The Warriors (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Licking Valley (Newark, OH). The Panthers enter the Licking County - Buckeye contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Licking Valley was routed by Utica (Utica, OH), 59-55, in a non-league contest.
