The Washington Warriors basketball team (Cedar Rapids, IA), was nudged 50-49 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Dubuque Senior Rams (Dubuque, IA)
The Rams now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western Dubuque for a Mississippi Valley battle on Friday, January 21. Dubuque Senior will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 62-49 league loss to Jefferson (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-10.
The Warriors (9-9) will now prepare for their battle against Jefferson (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Hawks come into the Mississippi Valley battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Jefferson edged Western Dubuque (Epworth, IA), 62-49, in a league battle.
