The Yellowjackets now possess a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pine for a non-league battle on Friday, January 20. Denham Springs will confront a Raiders team coming off a 37-28 league win over Albany (Albany, LA). The Raiders record now stands at 5-6.

The Buccaneers (9-9) will now prepare for their battle against Tara (Baton Rouge, LA). The Trojans come into the 4A District 6 battle with a 5-17 record. In their last battle, Tara was nudged by White Castle (White Castle, LA), 37-34, in a non-league battle.
