Kentucky High School Basketball - Fern Creek knocked off by Butler

The Butler Bears basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Fern Creek Tigers to 47 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bears now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Iroquois for a District 22 contest on Friday, January 20. Butler will meet a Raiders team coming off a 85-39 non-league win over Christian Educational Consortium (Louisville, KY). The Raiders record now stands at 10-6.
The Tigers (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Jeffersontown (Louisville, KY). The Chargers enter the District 24 contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Jeffersontown ran past Western (Louisville, KY), 69-62, in a non-league contest.
