Illinois High School Basketball - Chicago Collegiate overwhelmed by Kelvyn Park

The Kelvyn Park Panthers basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Chicago Collegiate Lions to 27 in the Panthers league victory on Wednesday.

The Panthers now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Phoenix Military for a Chicago Public - Blue West contest on Friday, January 20. Kelvyn Park will battle a Firebird team coming off a 76-40 non-league loss to Blue Island Eisenhower (Blue Island, IL). The Firebird record now stands at 11-6.

The Lions (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Clemente (Chicago, IL). The Wildcats come into the Chicago Public - Blue West contest with a 8-12 record.
