The Davenport Gorillas basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Upper Columbia Academy Lions to 28 in the Gorillas league triumph on Wednesday.

The Gorillas now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Okanogan for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Davenport will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 73-72 league loss to Tonasket (Tonasket, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-7.

Next up, the Lions play the Northwest Christian School Crusaders (Colbert, WA) in a 2B Bi-County bout, on Saturday, January 21. Upper Columbia Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Crusaders come into the bout with a 13-2 record after their 59-57 league win over St. George's (Spokane, WA).
