Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Gettysburg can't hold off Spring Grove

The Spring Grove Rockets basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Gettysburg Warriors to 50 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Rockets now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northeastern for a York-Adams 1 contest on Friday, January 20. Spring Grove will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 53-43 league loss to Central York (York, PA). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-9.

The Warriors (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 1-13 record. In their last contest, West Perry was nudged by Big Spring (Newville, PA), 48-46, in a league contest.
