Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Holy Trinity Tigers (Chicago, IL) and the visiting Golder Panthers (Chicago, IL), witnessed Holy Trinity's basketball squad nip Golder by a margin of 70-68.
The Tigers (8-6) will now prepare for their test against Cristo Rey Jesuit (Chicago, IL). The Cristeros go into the Chicago Prep test with a 2-10 record.
The Panthers now own a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Westinghouse for a non-league test on Thursday, January 19. Golder will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 72-66 league win over Perspectives-IIT/Joslin (Chicago, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 13-8.
