Wamogo Warriors (Litchfield, CT) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Abbott RVT Wolverines (Danbury, CT), 36-18 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Wamogo upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Warriors host Terryville (Terryville, CT) to play the Kangaroos in a Berkshire bout on Friday, January 20. The Kangaroos come into the bout with a record of 2-7. Terryville won 33-13 in their recent non-league bout against Goodwin Tech (New Britain, CT)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Platt RVT Panthers (Milford, CT) in a Connecticut Technical bout, on Friday, January 20. Abbott RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 39-35 league win over Kaynor Tech (Waterbury, CT).
