California High School Basketball - Chula Vista Learning Community Charter can't hold off Mountain Empire

The Mountain Empire Redhawks basketball team scored 26 points and restricted the visiting Chula Vista Learning Community Charter Cobras to 25 in the Redhawks league victory on Wednesday.
The Redhawks now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gompers Prep Academy for a Patriot contest on Thursday, January 19. Mountain Empire will battle a Eagles team coming off a 33-11 non-league loss to The Cambridge School (San Diego, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-8.
The Cobras (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against High Tech Mesa (San Diego, CA). The Thunder come into the Freelance contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, High Tech Mesa edged High Tech NC (San Marcos, CA), 61-33, in a non-league contest.
