Western Reserve Roughriders (Collins, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Dalton Bulldogs (Dalton, OH), 66-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Western Reserve upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Roughriders travel to St. Paul (Norwalk, OH) to play the Flyers in a Firelands bout on Thursday, January 19. The Flyers go into the bout with a record of 0-8. St. Paul lost 54-22 in their recent league bout against New London (New London, OH)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Western Reserve Academy Pioneers (Hudson, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Dalton will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 56-48 non-league loss to Dublin Coffman (Dublin, OH).
