The Esko Eskomos (Esko, MN) basketball felled the visiting Pine City Dragons (Pine City, MN), 70-61 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Eskomos (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Moose Lake/Willow River (Moose Lake, MN). The Rebels go into the AA Section 7 test with a 1-10 record.
The Dragons now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hermantown for a non-league test on Thursday, January 19. Pine City will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 77-39 non-league loss to Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN). The Hawks record now stands at 2-14.
