Greenbrier West Cavaliers (Charmco, WV) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Montcalm Generals (Montcalm, WV), 73-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Greenbrier West upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to James Monroe (Lindside, WV) to play the Mavericks in a Coalfield A bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 11-4.

Next up, the Generals play the Bluefield Beavers (Bluefield, WV) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 19. Montcalm will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
