Indiana High School Basketball - Warsaw succumbs to Homestead

The Homestead Spartans topped the visiting Warsaw Tigers basketball team by a final score of 62-54 in Wednesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Fort Wayne North Side Legends (Fort Wayne, IN) in a Summit game, on Friday, January 20. Homestead will attempt to move on its 15-3 season record. The Legends enter the game with a 7-12 record after their 89-30 league loss to Fort Wayne Northrop (Fort Wayne, IN).
With the defeat, Warsaw moves to 15-5 on the year. The Tigers travel to Concord (Elkhart, IN) to face the Minutemen in a Northern Lakes game on Saturday, January 21. The Minutemen enter the game with a record of 4-16. Concord lost 42-24 in their recent non-league game against Bethany Christian (Goshen, IN)
