New Jersey High School Basketball - Wood-Ridge topped by Mary Help of Christians Academy

The Mary Help of Christians Academy Blue Jays basketball team scored 29 points and restricted the visiting Wood-Ridge Blue Devils to 19 in the Blue Jays non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Blue Jays now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Garfield for a non-league contest on Monday, January 23.

The Blue Devils (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Becton (East Rutherford, NJ). The Wildcats come into the North Jersey - Meadowlands B contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Becton was defeated by Immaculate Conception (Lodi, NJ), 56-42, in a non-league contest.
