Rogue Valley Adventist Red Tail Hawks (Medford, OR) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Central Christian Tigers (Redmond, OR), 53-39 in a league bout.

With the victory, Rogue Valley Adventist upgrades its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Red Tail Hawks travel to Trinity Lutheran (Bend, OR) to play the Saints in a 1A Mountain Valley bout on Saturday, January 20. The Saints come into the bout with a record of 10-4.

Next up, the Tigers play the Lost River Raiders (Merrill, OR) in a 1A Mountain Valley bout, on Saturday, January 20. Central Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 14-2 record after their 72-20 league win over Prospect (Prospect, OR).
