In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Lennox Orioles basketball team scored a tight 49-43 triumph over the West Central Trojans.
In their next game, the Orioles meet the Platte/Geddes Black Panthers (Platte, SD) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 22. Lennox will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Black Panthers enter the match with a 6-1 record after their 68-35 league win over Kimball/White Lake (Kimball, SD).
With the defeat, West Central moves to 4-7 on the year. The Trojans host Parker (Parker, SD) to meet the Pheasants in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 23. The Pheasants enter the match with a record of 4-6.
