In Thursday's league outing, the Maquoketa Valley Wildcats (Delhi, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Midland Eagles (Wyoming, IA), by a margin of 57-21.
The Wildcats (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Starmont (Arlington, IA). The Stars go into the Tri-Rivers outing with a 2-10 record. In their last outing, Starmont smashed Clayton-Ridge (Guttenburg, IA), 42-29, in a non-league outing.
