Louisiana High School Basketball - White Castle can't hold off Parkview Baptist

The Parkview Baptist Eagles basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting White Castle Bulldogs to 43 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Iberville for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19.
The Bulldogs (7-14) will now prepare for their contest against Ascension Catholic (Donaldsonville, LA). The Bulldogs enter the 1A District 8 contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Ascension Catholic nudged West St. John (Edgard, LA), 58-45, in a non-league contest.
