The Sequoyah Eagles (Claremore, OK) basketball nipped the host Pryor Tigers (Pryor, OK), 39-32 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Eagles (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Skiatook (Skiatook, OK). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Skiatook got by Sallisaw (Sallisaw, OK), 80-70, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Sallisaw for a non-league test on Friday, January 19. Pryor will encounter a Black Diamonds squad coming off a 80-70 non-league loss to Skiatook (Skiatook, OK). The Black Diamonds record now stands at 5-8.
