Town East Christian Eagles (San Antonio, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting San Antonio Prep Panthers (San Antonio, TX), 49-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Town East Christian upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Eagles host Vanguard Christian (Boerne, TX) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 10-5.

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Vanguard Christian Knights (Boerne, TX) in a TCAL bout, on Thursday, January 25. San Antonio Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record.
