Jackson Memorial Jaguars (Jackson Township, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Barnegat Bengals (Barnegat, NJ), 50-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Jackson Memorial upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Jaguars host Shawnee (Medford, NJ) to play the Renegades in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Renegades go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Shawnee won 42-23 in their recent league bout against Seneca (Tabernacle, NJ)

Next up, the Bengals play the Middletown North Lions (Middletown, NJ) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 20. Barnegat will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record.
