The Bethlehem Academy Cardinals (Faribault, MN) basketball nipped the visiting Southland Rebels (Adams, MN), 64-61 in Thursday's league test.
The Cardinals (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Medford (Medford, MN). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 0-14 record. In their last test, Medford was tipped by Maple River (Mapleton, MN), 80-22, in a league test.
The Rebels now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Grand Meadow for a A Section 1 test on Monday, January 22. Southland will encounter a Superlarks squad coming off a 63-28 league win over Lyle/Pacelli (Lyle, MN). The Superlarks record now stands at 10-6.
