Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Cascade Cadets (Clayton, IN) and the host Brown County Eagles (Nashville, IN), saw Cascade's basketball squad knock off Brown County by a tally of 59-44.

With the victory, Cascade improves its record to 10-10 on the campaign. The Cadets host Bethesda Christian (Brownsburg, IN) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 15-4. Bethesda Christian won 48-37 in their recent league challenge against University (Carmel, IN)

Next up, the Eagles play the North Putnam Cougars (Roachdale, IN) in a Western Indiana challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Brown County will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 8-11 record after their 45-43 non-league loss to Western Boone (Thorntown, IN).
