Elizabeth Minutemen (Elizabeth, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lincoln Lions (Jersey City, NJ), 52-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Elizabeth upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Minutemen travel to Teaneck (Teaneck, NJ) to play the Highwaymen in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Highwaymen go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Teaneck lost 42-41 in their recent non-league bout against Immaculate Heart Academy (Washington Township, NJ)

Next up, the Lions play the Eastside Ghosts (Paterson, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Ghosts go into the bout with a 12-2 record after their 52-30 league win over Kennedy (Paterson, NJ).
