Illinois High School Basketball - Evergreen Park topped by Thornton Fractional South

The Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Evergreen Park Mustangs to 32 in the Red Wolves league victory on Thursday.
The Red Wolves now sport a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Lawn for a South Suburban - Red contest on Tuesday, January 23.
The Mustangs (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Meteors come into the non-league contest with a 8-15 record. In their last contest, De La Salle dropped by St. Francis (Wheaton, IL), 51-41, in a league contest.
