In Thursday's non-league outing, the Loyalsock Township Lancers (Williamsport, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Montoursville Warriors (Montoursville, PA), by a margin of 67-23.

The Lancers (13-2) will now prepare for their outing against Bloomsburg (Bloomsburg, PA). The Panthers go into the Heartland III outing with a 8-7 record. In their last outing, Bloomsburg smashed Warrior Run (Turbotville, PA), 42-32, in a league outing.

The Warriors now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they host Milton for a Heartland II outing on Saturday, January 20.
