The WestSide Renegades ran past the visiting Midland Trail Patriots basketball team by a final score of 50-38 in Thursday's league game.
In their next game, the Renegades face the Independence Patriots (Coal City, WV) in a Coalfield AA game, on Wednesday, January 24. WestSide will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record.
With the defeat, Midland Trail moves to 3-8 on the year. The Patriots travel to Pocahontas County (Dunmore, WV) to face the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, January 20. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 3-5.
