The Casteel Colts soccer team scored 8 points and limited the visiting Williams Field Black Hawks to 2 in the Colts league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Colts face the Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) in a 5A San Tan contest, on Monday, January 22. Casteel will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Pride enter the contest with a 0-10 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ).
The Black Hawks now have a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they host Casa Grande for a 5A San Tan contest on Monday, January 22. Williams Field will face a Cougars team coming off a 6-0 league loss to Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ). The Cougars record now stands at 2-6.
