South Plainfield Tigers (South Plainfield, NJ) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad prevail over the visiting Bernards Mountaineers (Bernardsville, NJ), 66-49 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, South Plainfield advances its record to 9-2 on the year. The Tigers host South Brunswick (Monmouth Junction, NJ) to meet the Vikings in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Vikings enter the battle with a record of 2-7.
