In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Cliff Cowboys/Cowgirls basketball team scored a big 70-37 triumph over the Ramah Mustangs.
The Cowboys/Cowgirls (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against Quemado (Quemado, NM). The Eagles go into the A District 2 contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Quemado smashed Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ), 62-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs confront the Tse' Yi' Gai Dine Warriors (Cuba, NM) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 23. Ramah will attempt to better on its 2-12 season record. The Dine Warriors go into the contest with a 0-7 record after their 68-27 non-league loss to Cottonwood Classical Prep (Albuquerque, NM).
