Kentucky High School Basketball - Community Christian Academy can't hold off La Salette Academy

La Salette Academy Lions (Georgetown, IL) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Community Christian Academy Crusaders (Independence, KY), 45-44 in a non-league match.
The Lions (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Milford (Milford, IL). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 4-17 record. In their last challenge, Milford edged Chrisman (Chrisman, IL), 71-53, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Crusaders encounter the Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool Trailblazers (Cincinnati, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Community Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
